Johan Kramer co-founded the communications agency KesselsKramer in 1995 and moved on to become a full-time director in 2004. At the 20th anniversary of Heimat, we sat down to talk about his career. Johan failed as a football player. He could not get a job in advertising. And he was fired for having too much fun in London. Still, he became an icon of advertising eventually.
